WINTER HEAT WAVE
BRITAIN’S EXPERIENCE SPRING FLOWERS BLOOM (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) LONDON, Jan. 3. The winter heat wave continues. In London the temperature in the early morning was only four degrees below June’s. The Daily Mail records that roses are blooming in Wales, daffodils in southern England, and spring flowers in parts ot Scotland which are usually snow-cover-ed at this time of the year. Even on the high hills there is not a speck of snow.
