ESPERANTO CONGRESS
(Per Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., this day. The Esperanto congress concluded last night, when it was decided to recommend the executive to consider Ways and means, of raising funds for founding a scholarship to send New Zealand delegates to the international Esperanto congress.
