TOKIO, Nov. 16. The Asahi reported to-day that the State Policy Council for Aeronautical Research had decided to establish early next spring a joint Japan-Mnnchukm? concern styled tlie. Pacific Airways Company with a capital of 20.000,000 yen. The company will acquire three airships of the Zeppelin type capable ot a speed of about 100 miles an hour. Negotiations for the purchase of one airship, to cost 600,000 yen, have already been opened with the Zeppelin Company. Projected services Include, first, non-stop flights between Tokio and Hsingkingi (Manchukuo), followed by services from Tokio to Singapore and the South Sea Islands and from Japan to the United States via Hawnii.
