A pleasing incident occurred at the civic reception given to the Duke ol Gloucester .vt Hamilton on Saturday. Among those presented to the Duke 'were Mr. Philip Le Quesne and his daughter, Miss Le Quesne. Mr. he Quesne.., celebrated his ninety-eighth Birthday last October and is Hamilton’s i oldest resident.
