AMBASSADOR RETIRES
SERVICE IN POLAND
(British Official Wireless.) Ree. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Dee. 31. ' Sir William Erslcine, British Ambassador at Warsaw, who is retiring from the diplomatic service, presented his letters of recall yesterday to the President of the Polish republic, M. Moscicki, on completion of nearly seven years as British representative in Poland.
'The. new British Ambassador, Sir Howard Kennard, is expected to take lip his duties at Warsaw early next month.
