ASUNCION, Jan. 1. There was no new year truco in the protracted Bolivian-Paraguayan war. The Government announced that the I’araguyan forces were continuing their offensive and had killed 800 Bolivians and taken 2000 prisoners in the advance towards Villa Montes, the Bolivian headquarters. _______
