Rec. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 26. The international force in tjie Saar is now complete except for the British armored cars, which are due to arrive this week.

There were large crowds in. the streets of Saarbfucken ioii Saturday, when the First East Lancashire Regiment, paraded through the towh. They marched at ease with rifles inconspicuously slung and bayonets sheathed. Their two bands played homely airs, and the troops whistled gaily. The Times correspondent' says; “The waiting people who had turned out in real force this time could not but, feel, that., a message of peace and goodwill, as’well as an assurance, of security, had come from Britain..”
