Liverpool is contemplating the building of a 10-storey circular block of flats to house people dispossessed of houses by their clearance schemes. The building will be 110 ft. high, and contain 160 selfcontained flats with lifts and sun balconies. The ground floor is to he used as a communal clinic, creche, laundry, and a library.
