RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Tho committee reserves tlio right to alter, add to the programme, to vary the order of events, or, if necessary, to postpone tho gathering. 2. The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry. No entry received without cash. Any competitor who enters a horse for any Maiden dump, which horse has previously won a jump, shall be disqualified for all events for the day. 4, Any competitor competing in the field events on any other horse than the one provided for him by the draw, shall be disqualified for all events for the day. 5.
