Fatal injuries were received l>v Norman James Davenport, 19, son of Mt. R. A. Davenport, of Ngnrua, Waitoa, Waikato, through being kicked by a horse. Mr. Davenport, who is a clerk employed in tlie office of the Audit Department, Wellington, was spending a holiday on his father’s farm at Ngarua. He was inspecting a mare and foal when the mare kicked him in the abdomen.
