Rec. 3 p.m. RUGBY, Dee. 23. Following the report of the. Federation of British Industries’ mission to- the Far Fast, the grand council of the federation unanimously agreed that a committee should he, set up immediately todiscuss questions affecting industrial and commercial interests of Britain and Japan, in close collaboration with the committee already appointed by the Japanese Economic Federation. Lord Barnby, leader of the mission, has accepted the chairmanship of the committee.
