WINDSOR. Ont., Oct. 30. Great Britain is one of the best friends the Jewish people have, in the opinion of Rabbi Jesse Schwartz, of Montreal, executive director of the Canadian Zionist Organisation. Rabbi Schwartz counselled his hearers to “play ball” with England, which, he said, was still supremo as a colonising force. The Jews wort* fortunate some other power did not exercise the mandato over Palestine, he said. In pointing to the strides made in colonising Palestine, the speaker said that, 40,000 new Jewish citizens wore established there in 1933.
