BRITAIN AND PERU
(British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. . RUGBY, Dec. 21. Formal negotiations between the British and Peruvian Governments for a commercial agreement have begun in London. Detailed discussions will begin early in the new year. In each of the last two years, the United Kingdom has had an adverse balance of trade with Peru of over £3,000,000. _____
