Bee. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 20. Lord Londonderry proposed the health of Mr. C. W. Scott and Mr. Campbell Black at a dinner given in their honor by the Royal Aero Club. There were over 1000 guests, including the pilots of tlie Dutch air liner, Messrs. Pnrmcntier and Moll.
