THE KISCH CASE
ARGUMENT CONTINUED SYDNEY, Dec. 19. The Kisch case was further argued yesterday. Mr. Manning, K.C., the State Attor-ney-General, appeared on behalf of the Commonwealth in. his private capacity as a member of the Bar. The case was part heard.
