It, is expected that Ihe first air itaail from London will be available in Sydney next Friday. Special efforts are being made for connection with the Monowai sailing at noon on that day for the New Zealand portion of the mail, particularly the Duke of Gloucester’s.
The aeroplane with the mails reached Darwin at 6.30 o'clock last night, and tv r o Qantas machines took over the mails to hurry them southward.
