NEW CRISIS ARISES
JUGOSLAVIAN POLITICS MINISTERS RESIGN REACTION FROM GENEVA (Elec. Tel. Copyright —United Press Assn.) (Received Dec. 19, noon.) BELGRADE, Dec. 18. M. Bolgobjub Jcvtitch, the Foreign Minister, has resigned. It is officially stated that the resignation is owing to a disagreement in the Cabinet on internal policy, but it is popularly' believed that lie is dissatisfied with him Cabinet’s ungrateful reception of his Geneva report, M. Kojitch, Minister of Agriculture, has also resigned for similar reasons. Five thousand persons attempted to march, to- the Hungarian and Italian legations and consulates as a protest against the League’s decision.
A later unconfirmed report states that the whole Cabinet has resigned, and that several Ministers' ajid Opposition, members® conferred with the Prince Regent,
It is believed that M. .lovtitch's resignation was designed to iorcc M. Unbunevitclv, the Prime Minister, to resign, to enable the formation of a more popular Government,
