GISBORNE CLUB GAMES A GREEN LIKE GLASS The surface of the Gisborne Bowling Club’s green on Saturday was like glass, and even the most experienced players had to use all their skill to stay near the jack. KAHUTIA CLUB On Saturday afternoon on the Kahutia green the inter-club contest against Poverty Bay was continued and resulted in a narrow, win for , Poverty Bay, after some very close games.
