The market is i summarised as follows* “Lamb.—New season’s lambs arc meeting with fair trade, with prices a shade easier owing to heavier arrivals. “Mutton. —Wethers and ewes are meeting with an improved demand at ■ better prices. , “Beef.—There is fair trade, .with prices unchanged. j “New Zealand porker pigs.—Trade is slow, hut should improve with colder weather. “New Zealand haconer pigs.—Prices are slightly easier for the small spot. Stocks.”
