THE BUTTER MARKET Stocks of New Zealand butter held in London declined by .113 tons last week to £OB9 tons, after 2054 tons had been delivered. Australian stocks declined by 250 tons, to 3183 tons. Retail prices remained at 9d and 10d per lb. for New Zealand butter and Is 2d to Is 3d for Danish. The Imperial Economic Committee's estimate of stocks of all butters was 664,885 boxes, compared with t 139,972 boxes a year ago.
