APPEAL COURT AGREEMENT SYDNEY, Dec. 18. Argument in the Kisch case on the question of whether the Scottish language, Gaelic, could be termed a European language under the Commonwealth Immigration Act, was not concluded yesterday, and the High Court adjourned till to-morrow.
