STEADILY INCREASING
TROOPS FOR THE SAAR BRITISH DETACHMENTS (British Official .Wireless.) Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY Dec. 16. Largo advance parties of four British infantry battalions will cross tho Channel to-morrow, and continue tho journey to Saarbruckeii' on Tuesday. The main body will cross on Thursday and Friday, and the whole British, force will be in the Saar by Saturday. Host of the wheeled troops will proceed from Calais by road.
The Belgian Cabinet has decided to grant free transport on the railway to troops of the Saar force, a procedure which the. French authorities also are adopting.
