KNIT!T [THOOD CONFERRED (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. , RUGBY, Dec. 10. The King received Mr. C. R. Warner on his appointment as His Majesty's Minister at Berne. Mr, Warner was knighted and invested with the insignia of Knight Commander of the Victorian Order.
