Owing to the rule which now prohibits any person leaving Germany froni"tak r ing with him mors than 10* marks (l<Js 8d) this country is now practically isolated from the world.
The only exception made is in the case of Italy where, under a reciprocal agreement, an allowance-of about £5 per month is permitted ■' for" persons travelling for thebenefit of their health and returning .within three; months, ■■ at the most. • .... -
