New Coiffures
CTYLISH tresses will be combined upward and dressed high on the head, French and American hairdressers d'isclosod on October 11 in their pre-view of now coiffures which will be presented at the New Yorlc hairdressers’ show.
Looking very much like the fashionables of 1905, blonde and a'ubumhaired models demonstrated the latest creations. . . .
‘ ‘ The hair must now be brushed back from the face, showing the forehead and the hairline,’’ explained Mr. Christian Jungst, a New York hairdresser. ‘
“It must be brushed upward /at the back, to show the nape of tho neck. If the ears are pretty and 1 tho chin line' good,'the coiffure" "should show the ears. „ If the chin line is heavy, this must be counteracted by showing only half an ear.” In all the models, curls were, arranged high on the head, and’ down the back.
