Td lie hurled down a steep hill face into a gully 150 ft. below, and escape with minor'injuries, was the experience of Mr. C. ,Stockman, mail carrier on the Kai Iwi-Paparangi run, reports the Wanganui Herald. When negotiating a sharp bend he lost- control of his vehicle, and it hit an angle post and plunged; into the gully below.
