SHEEP YARDINGS SMALL BRISK TONE FOR STORES Sheep yardings were small and the fat cattle entry was negligible at the Matavvhero stock sale to-day. Fat sheep brought late rates, and there was a brisk demand for store sheep. Pigs, of which there was a large entry, met a weak market, and passings Were more frequent than usual. Twotooth ewes sold from, 19s to 20s 4d; Southdown 2-tooth, to 16s lid; 4-tooth, 38s 7d; light, 7s 4d; fairly good, 9s 10(1; and forward, 9s fid.
