WHEAT BILL PASSED (Received December 14, 2 p.m.) BARIS, Dec. 13. The. Chamber of Deputies by 385 votes to 175 adopted the Wheat ‘Bill, after M. Fhuuliu threatened to resign unless lie was unconditionally supported. M. Flandiii, in the course of the Budget, debate, said that Britain and France wore the only countries whose finances at present were not, causing deep anxiety, hut we must nevertheless remain prudent.’
