PRINCE’S CIGARETTE CLAIM AGAINST MAYOR (Received Dec. 14, noon.) BRISBANE, Dec. 14. As a sequel to the incident at Toowoomba when Fireman Patterson ordered Prince Henry to stop smoking, another member of the Fire Brigade, William Buchanan, has issued a summons against the Mayor, Mr. Annand, claiming £IOO damages for alleged .assault and alleged false imprisonment.
