NEW TRADE TREATY?
RUSSIA AND FRANCE (Received December 14, noon.) LONDON, Dec. 13. The Daily Mail’s Paris correspondent says that a Soviet Government delegation is coining to settle the terms of a new' Franco-Russian trade agreement, replacing the provisional agreement which expires at the end of the year. It is understood that the negotiations are based generally on barter.
