WELLINGTON PROPOSAL(For Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Wellington City Council decided to make application to the Local Government Loans Board for authority to place before the ratepayers the question of raising a loan of not more than £50,000 for the purpose of building a •new central libiary.
