FAITH-HEALING
START OF REVIVAL LONDON. Dee. (i. “This is the beginning of a great revival. The Church realises that healing is its message as doctors realise the growing importance of psychological treatment.” So says Rev. J. Maillard, administrator of St. Stephen’s, Brighton, which the Church of England has decided to use exclusively for faith-healing. “Anyone, of any creed, will be welcomed 'in the church, O lie says-. “Whatever the mental or bodily ill there will be a laving on of hands and prayers for intercession. 'We have already had wonderful results with mental cases.”
Mr. Mnillard claims astounding cures, including cancer, tuberculosis, and paralysis. He is by clerical and lay helpers. He conducts services in a brightly decorated elmpel beneath London House.
