CAMPAIGN IN WARSAW WARSAW, Nov. L “Iveep smiling, find sav thank you’' is the advice the Warsaw municipality has issued 10 its citizens. In all the tram ears large posters ask the public “to say thank you” to’ those who offer them a seat in the car, and say it 1 ‘ with a smile. ’ ’ Men hero have lately ceased to give up their seats to women because they say they never get thanked for doing so. The Warsaw town council is therefore trying to revive the spirit of chivalry.
