BALL AT WAIMATA

Streamers shaded from pale pink to deep •rosfe’ hung from the ceiling, while the walls were 'decorated with roses to represent pink, white, yellow and red standard rose bushes. Supper was served on the verandah, which had been closed in by a rose-twined trellis. On the tables were howls of roses and table napkins designed with the same flowers. Music was supplied by Wade’s orchestra, and -Vliss G. Gooch and Air. Steele, played extras. Mrs. Giilgren. and Mr. Coyeutrv won flu* Monte Carlo dame. A . t reamer and confetti dance added to the traiolv of the evening.
