STRAIN DURING RACE

A. CR Moss, who rowed No. 2 in the Wanganui crew on Saturday, suffered a strained stomach in the semi-final. He rowed in the final, but collapsed, and was sent to hospital. He will be unable-to visit Sydney with the crew.
