CLAIM FOR £3OOO
a nil, CYCLIST’S INJURIES (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. A claim for £3OOO damages was made in the Supreme Court to'-day by Marjorie Sliakleton, a 92-yeur-old machinist, against David Robert John Jellis, a laborer.
The plaintiff was cycling on the Great North road on February 17 when she was knocked down bv a ear driven by Ellis.
Site alleges permanent partial incapacitation as tlie result, of her injuries.
