BUILDINGS DAMAGED
BOMBING IN QUEENSLAND
(Received October 16, 11 a.m.) BRISBANE, Oct. 16. Residents of Tally,, North Queensland, were awakened at 2.15 o’clock yesterday morning by a loud explosion. They found that a bomb had been thrown into a lane-way between an Italian cafe and a Greek club. The places were severely damaged, but as far'as is known no one was injured.
