THE WEATHER To-day’B North Island Report. Blue skies were reported this morning at Napier and Opotiki, but overcast conditions prevailed elsewhere in the North Island. Light to moderate northerly breezes were general. The barometer had commenced a rising movement. Temperatures at 9 o’clock were: Auckland 65 degrees, Tauranga and Napier 61, Opotiki 64, East Gape and Wellington 60. and Gisborne V>.
