(Herald Correspondent.) With the advent of spring weather outdoor games are being enthusiastically taken up. The Bowling Club has already opened its season, and tennis players are looking forward to their dub’s official opening this wcelc. An energetic committee has been elected and the courts should prove very popular during the summer.
Mrs. 11. Stevens, “Rangatira," accompanied by her daughter, Miss Nancy Stevens, is visiting Auckland. —Sister Burgess, whose annual leave starts next week, intends visiting Melbourne lor the centenary celebrations.--The-Rev. A. 11. H. Morris and Mr. J. O. Appleton are in Napier attending tlie annual Diocesan Svnod.
