MELBOURNE GATHERING U.S. DELEGATES’ PLANS (Pur Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. Robert Bell, president of tho World’s Press Congress, which will bo held in Melbourne in March next, iias received from Dr. Frank L. Martin, dean of the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri, and head of the American delegation to the. Melbourne congress, advice that the business sessions will be held from March 27 to 30. The delegation will leave the United States oil the Monterey on March 5, arriving at Sydney oh March 25. Most of the delegates will remain in Australia for 1(A days, and they will visit New Zealand for three days on tho return journey.
