SEPTEMBER RETURNS (British Official Wireless.) Roc, 10 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 11. A decrease of 0.3 'per cent in the average of wholesale prices is shown in the return for September, compared with August, but there was an increase of 2.2 per cent compared with September, 1933.
