CONTROL OF AIRCRAFT
AGE LIMIT OF 17 YEARS \ (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A Gazette notice announces an amendment to the regulations under tho Air Navigation Act, 1931, making it unlawful for a person under the age of 17 years to have solo control of an aeroplane in motion. Anyone allowing such a person to have sole control of an aircraft in motion is liable to prosecution.
