Six school-pals acted as pallbearers. There was a good attendance at «a euchre tournament held in the Puha Hall to raise funds for the Puha Women’s Institute. The winners of the tournament were:—Ladies: Airs. M. Brown, 1; Aliss Sefton, 2. Gentlemen; Mr. J. Graham, 1; Mr. J. Bailey, 2. Other prizes were awarded to Miss Harvey and Air. F. Atkins.
