THE SALVATION ARMY
NEW ZEALAND HEAD APPOINTMENT MADE (Received September 15, noon.) LONDON, Sept. 14. Colonel Fred. Adams has been promoted lieutenant commissioner, and will become territorial commander of the Salvation Army in New Zealand. Colonel Adams has served in the Army for 42 years in Britain, whero recently he has been chief territorial secretary.
