AUSTRALIANS’ LAST GAME AN INNINGS VICTORY SCOTLAND MAKE 48 AND 98 (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received September 15. noon.) LONDON, Sept. 14. In the last, match of the tour, the Australian cricketers defeated North Scotland, at Forres, by an innings and 20 runs. It was a happy day's cricket of village green standard. The umpires wore plusfours. Seventy minutes ,sufficed to dismiss North Scotland for 48, the lowest score against, the Australians of the tour. The batsmen were extremely nervous, despite the fact that none of the howlers were trying very hard. The whole affair was tpiite absurd from a cricket point of view. The Australians opened tail first. After O’Reilly had hit four sixers. Kemp dismissed McCabe and Bradman with successive halls. The innings was carefree and lasted only 85 minutes. When Scotland hatted for the second time, McCabe kept wickets, instead of Barnett, who opened the howling, hut the Scotsmen faired little better.
