LONDON, Sept. 3. In addition to launching a company with £3,000,000 capital to increase its production of planes and to manufacture its own engines, General Aircralt, Limited. has concluded the purchase, for £1 "0.000, of Hanworth aerodrome. Officials deny reports that the company will inaugurate a new air service to Australia, but one of its most active directors is Mr. W. S. Stephenson, who is also a director of the. British Pacific Trust, which is negotiating for the expansion of Australian air lines.
