POLAND AND MINORITIES (Received Sept. In, 2,10 p.m.) ■GENEVA, Sept. 14. At the League of Nations Assembly meeting M. Beck stated that Poland .maintained her attitude regarding .minorities and did not consider the situation changed by to-day’s debate. The Little Entente’s permanent council, M. Titulesco, M. Yovtitel), and Dr. Bones, decided to support Russia’s .admission to the League and passed a resolution favoring an Eastern Locarno pact. It was decided to support the status quo regarding niinori■t ies.
