MOTOR-CYCLIST AND PEDESTRIAN (Per Press Association.) 01ffiLSTCl lURCH, last night. Alfred Reginald Newbury, 70, Kingsley street, •Sydenham, and Victor Savers, of Fisher street, New Brighton, a youth, were both admitted to the public hospital this evening unconscious with heat! injuries. Sayers, on a motor-cycle, struck Newbury in Carlyle street, Sydenham, shortly before 7 o'clock. Sayers later recovered consciousness, but Newbury, with a fracture at. the base of the skull, and suffering the loss of much blood, is still unconscious and in a critical condition.
