CYCLIST KILLED
COLLISION WITH ('AH While riding a bicycle along Hamilton road, Cambridge, not far from bis home, on Rnturday afternoon, Mr. Arthur Attvvood, 58, came into collision with a car travelling in (lie opposite direction. He was, thrown to the read, and suffered bead and oilier injuries, from which he died without regaining consciousness. The car was being driven by Mrs. C. A. Ililand. of Rolo-o-iaiigi. Mr. Altwood, who was carrying a heavy sugarlag full of parcels on the right handleliar i f bis bicycle, was proceeding up Hamilton mad. lie struck the front of the car. was thrown up on to the bonnet,, and then fell to tlm road. He suffered serious head injuries. Ids leg was broken in three places, and bis left arm was also broken.
