FORMER SOLICITOR CHARGED JiI.TU v tJPtjr Pres* Association.) , WELLINGTON,-this day. : After a retirement for four hours, the jnry, disagreed and a new trial was ordered for next Thursday in the case in the Supreme Court yesterday in which William, Terry Hollings, a former solici-tor,-was charged with diverting £650 to rises other than that directed by his ‘client, Samuel Wilson, thereby committing theft. The jury retired at 6.27 p.m. and reported its. disagreement at 10.30 p.m.
